Chat ID is 7 digit unique numeric number that works like mobile number
If any one wants to talk with you then user needs to dial our service longcode number i.e 0900620010<7 digit your chat id.
Both parties calling party and caller party can talk with each other with the help of chat id without disclosing there mobile number.

How can I call on ChatID?

You can directly dial your friend?s seven digit Chat ID number prefixed with 0900620010. E.g. to call your friend with Chat Id 3423423, simply dial 09006200103423423 from your phone. The call will automatically get connected to your friend with your Chat ID as the calling number.
Here 0900620010 is our service longcode and 3423423 is unique person chat id of the perosn you want to talk to.
OR you can call 0900620010 and select the option ?customer care? and then the call gets connected with the customer care where they will help you.
